Retatrutide as a triple agonist — what the trial literature says

Sharing notes from publicly reported trial summaries on retatrutide's triple-agonist mechanism (GLP-1 / GIP / glucagon receptors). Purely mechanism and published-results discussion.

What stands out is how early the public data still is compared to the older analogs. Anyone tracking the peer-reviewed write-ups want to compare reference lists? I'd rather cite primary sources than secondhand summaries.

Agree the public data is early. The glucagon-receptor arm is the part I'd flag as least settled in the literature — worth reading the mechanism papers before any secondhand summary. I'll dig out citations for the index.

Seconding "primary sources over summaries." Half the confident claims online about this compound trace back to a single conference abstract. Cite the peer-reviewed write-up or caveat it.
