BPC-157 and tendon signalling — what the preclinical papers report

Educational literature thread. The preclinical interest in BPC-157 around tendon and ligament signalling is mostly animal-model work. I want to keep a clear-eyed index of what's actually been published versus what's been over-extrapolated online.

If you cite something, a one-line note on the model and whether it's in vitro, animal, or otherwise would help enormously. Let's keep the claims tethered to the papers.

Strong framing. Most of the eye-catching BPC-157 tendon claims trace to rodent models — important and interesting, but routinely over-extrapolated to grander statements online. Tagging model type on each citation is exactly the discipline this needs.

Adding two in-vitro signalling papers with the model noted. Keeping strictly to "here's what was measured, in what system" so the index stays honest.

This is the tethered-to-the-papers thread I wanted. The in-vitro vs animal labelling makes the over-claims online really obvious by contrast.

Appreciating how disciplined this thread stays about model type (in-vitro vs animal). That's exactly how to discuss preclinical literature here without drifting into claims. Keep it coming.
